It’s called SMS Reboques and it’s a service that was launched in 2010. This service allows citizens to know the location of their vehicle after it has been towed, whatever the collection point and regardless of the security force, municipal police or municipal companies who have carried out the towing.
By sending a single SMS, the SMS Towing service informs the citizen about the location of the park where the vehicle towed due to illegal, abusive or prohibited parking is located.
